Outdoor
Outdoor is the subject for you who are keen on taking on challenges and to gain mental and physical strength. It is for you who are keen learning new disciplines and to boost your life-energy, self-esteem, and sense of belonging in a community.
Why stay inside, when all hope is out?
In the Outdoor subject, we find joy and energy in the wild where the air is fresh and there exists plenty of opportunities for movement, experiencing wildlife, and the change of the seasons. In other words: All hope is OUTside
Outdoor is all about cultivating new and different disciplines outdoor in a strong community with others. When we go out in the nature, we carry only few things with us, but it is only in the limitations we find greater freedom. Learning to cope with nature and to move in the wild generates stronger belief in ourselves, our strengths, and capabilities. Not only do we develop our physical stamina, but also our social competencies. When we are tired, when it is raining, when we are in mud, we are forced to let down our guards and help each other where it is necessary. We discover who we are, how we work as a group, and how each and one of us is an essential part of a larger community.
