In an inspiring and international community, we will go on an exciting adventure into the world of pedagogy through play, exercises, practice, and good conversations. Where do you find the key to a good conversation? How do you calm yourself standing in front of an audience? Where do you find the tools to see and understand other peoples’ motivation - And perhaps your own?

The quote above is an expression that embraces the respect and humbleness in which working with people demands. The way we see an individual can be determining of their life success. Hence, we believe it is important to work with greater questions like: How are we human and how do we develop impact on each other in the best possible way? On Life Education, we learn in a safe and comfortable community, which sets the stage for both personal- and professional development.

Life Education is a very broad subject, where you learn how to give presentations without worries, dive into pedagogy, philosophy, psycology and much more.

What will we be doing?

We will be experimenting, wondering, and touching upon life and learning – Together

We are driven by the urge for learning and teaching.

We are driven by the wish of being a part of strong relationships and, through these, work towards a better world.

To support another person in enlightenment gives something unique- It gives smiles and fire in the eyes. In a space where something is at stake, we develop together in a strong community.

In Life Education, we work from 3 elements: a) To work with people, b) To be active, and c) To know oneself. We are centralized in the world of dissemination and make use of lectures and practical exercises. Furthermore, we investigate ourselves in real relationships with real people through internship possibilities.

We shall debate and explore pedagogy, philosophy, psychology, and history of ideas.

Mette is educated as teacher from The Independent Academy of free schools in Demark. She has 25 years of experience working as an ‘Efterskole’- and ‘Højskole’ teacher. She is concerned with the mystery of life and she has traveled most of the earth.

Rasmus Feldingbjerg Drabe

Rasmus was born into movement of Free Schools on southern Funen, where he still lives. He is a trained officer from the army and teacher from The Independent Academy for Free School Teaching. He loves adventure, the ocean, and the subtleties of life
